Congratulations to Danny Noppert for being the Dutch Darts Player of the Month!

The month started with the World Grand Prix. Noppert caused a massive upset here by beating Michael van Gerwen 2-0 in round 1!!!! He then also won against Vincent van der Voort and Ian White to only make his second semi-final in a PDC ranking major! Here he lost to Jonny Clayton, but it was still an amazing event! Later ‘The Freeze’ also played in the European Darts Championship, where he got his first ever win, against Krzysztof Ratajski. A second ton+ average saw him also beat Ryan Searle to make another tv quarter-final! Here he lost 9-10 to Nathan Aspinall. After this Noppert also played at the World Series Finals, but lost to José de Sousa in round 1.

So a tv semi-final and a tv quarter-final in one month for Noppert! He is the very deserved player of the month october!
