Aileen de Graaf qualified for 2022 WDF World Championship

Wim Blokpoel - This morning the WDF came with the great news that their WDF World Championship will be played 1-9 january in the classic venue at Lakeside. In this event 48 men, 24 women and 4 youth player will play on the classic stage. Players who win a Golden ranked WDF event in 2020 or 2021 automatically qualify for the World Championship. This means the first Dutch player has qualifier: Aileen de Graaf, who won the 2020 Woman Dutch Open. De Graaf, who played in the last 7 BDO World Championships, where she made the semi-final twice will have great memories about Lakeside, so let’s hope she’ll have a great run there. The event will be broadcasted on tv in Europe, on Eurosport. So Dutch viewers can watch the WDF World Championship there for free.
